I have been in the mortgage business since 2001. Prior to that my experience was running a small builders exchange and working with small business with the Small Business Development Center. I feel that both experiences helped me in the profession of mortgage lending. Tami Ruth and I are partners in our business as well as sisters. We feel that by being partners, we can provide even better customer service. We offer Residential Conforming, VA, FHA, USDA, Jumbo, and Reverse mortgages. We take great pride in assessing each client’s individual needs and goals. We think of each loan as a relationship and hope that our customer service promotes recommendation to friends and family members. We often have become the lender of choice for "parents”, “kids”, and “cousins” of our clients. We hope we have the opportunity to work with you.
